Identify Group Leader in Group Details Screen

There is currently no indication of who the leader/creator of a group is. This would be especially useful for groups led by trainers. I cases there there are multiple admins we may want to only show one of them as the group leader, or show both. Perhaps we would want a 'leader' flag on each group admin to determine if they show up as leaders on the group screen.
