Syncronize Focus Timer with Advancement at the Institute.

For example if a person has done Starlines, they should be able to have a timer feature that includes everything up to Focus 49.

And if a person has gone as far as say, Lifelines, they should be able to go up to Focus 27 etc.

    Thanks. It is seeming like our next big push might be on Timer features, and I’ll bring this to the team and see what they think.
